1. Eligibility for Returns:

    •    Customized t-shirts (e.g., with your uploaded design or specific themes like One Piece, Batman, etc.) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or the item received is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, color, or size).
    •    If the t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Non-customized items (if applicable) may be returned within 14 days if unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. How to Request a Return:

    •    Provide your order number, photos of the issue (e.g., defect, wrong design), and a brief description of the problem.
    •    We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and provide a return authorization if approved.

3. Return Process:

Before shipping, every order is carefully inspected to match your design preview. If there’s an error on our end, we’ll make it right—guaranteed!
